The Early Childhood Resource Center is (ECRC) is a Palestinian Non-Governmental Organization established in 1985 to improve the education of young children in Palestine. ECRC builds capacity in the early childhood sector by training teachers, empowering parents as partners in their children’s development, developing and producing culturally relevant resources for early childhood learning, and raising community awareness of the importance of the early childhood period.
The Higher Council for Childhood in Lebanon is the national framework to integrate efforts of the governmental, civil society and private sectors concerned parties, in cooperation with international organizations, for the care and development of children in accordance with international conventions.

The Arab Council for Childhood and Development (ACCD) is an Arab non-governmental development organization that has a legal entity and operating in the field of childhood. ACCD was founded in 1987 upon the initiative of HRH Prince Talal Bin Abdul Aziz, ACCD's President, and a resolution issued by the Arab League's Conference on "Childhood and Development" that was held in Tunisia in 1986. The headquarters of ACCD is Cairo, Arab Republic of Egypt, and its relationship with the host country is governed by a special agreement that defines its identity and legal status.
